Located right opposite Rocku is Suki-ya, both are manage by the same company just that this could be a healthier way for eating. What I love here the most is their free flow meat, yes you heard it free flow!
Half of the pot is filled with sukiyaki stock, you will only need to wait for it to be boiled.
Leeks, onions and other hard vegetable are for you to add into the stock for a flavourful broth. Be sure to try their dipping sauces to complement the soup.
Eat all you can counter
After your meal, udon or rice may be added to the remaining stock
By cracking an egg into the mixture you may enjoy what the Japanese call Tamago Ojiya or egg rice soup
